Sumptuous vintage sartorial dress designed in the 1950s, fine Italian craftsmanship. The dress is made entirely of pearl gray silk satin, very elegant and delicate. The straps are thin and stop at the shoulder, giving prominence to the chest and its neckline. The neckline is very subdued but still very elegant, a sweet soft V-neck, creating a very sensual see-through effect. At the waist, the bodice is very fitted and has a very nice decorative bow with fringed ends, again in the same fabric as the dress. At the height of the hips the dress creates a slight bulge, typical of the 1950s. The dress reaches the calf height elegantly, remaining rounded and falling down softly in a bell shape. The back features a zipper that allows it to be opened and closed, and we see how the fabric is worked to create a faux slit, beautiful. The weave represents leaves and flowers, very fine. The dress is ideal for gala and or theatrical evenings.
