The Gio Ponti Distex armchairs are wonderfully rare and their fabric has recently been refreshed in an elegant yellow velvet. The armchairs have a walnut wood frame, supported by four cylindrical diagonal pivot feet that support the body of the seat. The armchair has a backrest that is very much inclined backwards compared to the norm, designed to offer the guest absolute comfort and a unique rest. Its design is very geometric, typical of the MID CENTURY years. The seat by Gio Ponti Distex is very deep and is framed by two trapezoidal armrests with softly padded edges. Its feet are perfectly conical in wood in line with its design. Each armrest reaches up to the middle of the backrest. As already mentioned, the backrest is set very far back and has a rectangular shape with slightly protruding ears. This pair of armchairs is not only an excellent piece of furniture, but can also be used as a design element to enrich a sophisticated and classy ambience.
