Mid-century Wooden Entry Bench

Beautiful entrance bench made entirely of wood from the 1930s, of fine Italian manufacture. The bench is made of a marvellously solid and durable wood, externally painted black. The bench is supported by four square-shaped legs and a much more imposing central one in classic mid-century style. As it rises, the bench has a trunk-like body, suitable for storing shoes and bags when entering a house or studio. Internally we see the original colour of the wood, while if the door is closed the bench also allows seating. The seat is surmounted by a rectangular headboard, which centrally has a larger panel of decorated wood, while laterally there are two rectangular recesses, filled with two sticks of the same wood. The special feature of the bench is that it is decorated with spheres at strategic points and a central rhomboid element that makes the whole more elegant. The bench is suitable for elegant entrances to large houses, but also for studios of a certain importance.
