Very rare pair of stools, part of the “Mocho” model designed by the great Sergio Rodrigues in solid noble pine wood in the 1960s.
Designed in 1954 and produced by the Brazilian company Oca, founded by Rodrigues in 1955.
The three-legged Mocho stool by Sergio Rodrigues is inspired by the traditional cow stools used in Brazil. Each stool features a concave seat with a cut-out handle and three bulbous turned legs with reinforcing bars. The wood is what makes them most rai: in fact, pine wood is very rare, especially in the designer in question. The price refers to the single item.
The pair of Sergio Rodrigues stools is ideal for furnishing minimalist living rooms with great aesthetic taste where historic design takes center stage.
